Confirm the practical details
Agree on guest count, spaces, setup and cleanup time, food and drink, music, and any outside suppliers before booking.
Make the responsibilities clear
Palazzo Noi is a venue rental. Catering, flowers, photography and event direction are not automatically included. Any supplier introduction, scope, quote and contract must be confirmed separately.
A private gathering, thoughtfully planned.
Confirm music and sound, food and alcohol arrangements, suppliers, access, and finishing time in advance. Venue hire does not include overnight accommodation or unlimited late-night use.
Wedding after-parties also require a separate check of the time, areas and charges. They are not automatically included in a wedding booking.
