Agree on guest count, spaces, setup and cleanup time, food and drink, music, and any outside suppliers before booking.
Make the responsibilities clear
Palazzo Noi is a venue rental. Catering, flowers, photography and event direction are not automatically included. Any supplier introduction, scope, quote and contract must be confirmed separately.
Venue hire and wedding services are separate.
Please confirm the venue areas, rental period and inclusions in your quote. Catering, florals, photography and direction have their own scope and arrangements. An introduction to a supplier does not mean a complete wedding package.
Thinking of an after-party?
Tell us early. Availability, duration, spaces and additional charges must be agreed separately.
